Phone condition guide

Model, storage, colour and condition can vary by version. New: check packaging, version and included accessories. Refurbished: a previously used device; check stated wear, battery information and any repairs. CPO is a separate stock category: the listing must identify the applicable programme, checks and condition.

A condition label alone does not confirm battery capacity or included accessories. Ask us when these details are missing.
