Free standard shipping
Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free, with no minimum order value.
Delivery
The checkout shows the available delivery option and expected delivery time before payment. The current standard estimate is 3–5 working days; the delivery period agreed for your order applies. Check your postcode, house number and any addition.
A destination is available only if the checkout accepts it. Stock and delivery of large or heavy products may differ; contact us before ordering if you have questions. Any charges for other destinations or services must be shown before payment. We will not add shipping charges afterwards without your agreement.
Collection
Collection requires an appointment and confirmation of stock, location and time.
Delay, damage or loss
Contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and discuss a solution. Transport risk remains with us until delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to statutory exceptions.
